He thought they loved him so much he’d easily get a permit to build “the tallest tower in Europe” in downtown Moscow, was angling for it in summer 2016 w Felix Salter’s help, at the same time he was stripping commitment to the security of Ukraine off the GOP’s campaign platform. Still hoping for it!
