That’s disappointing. It’s worth pointing out to Sainsbury’s and ask for him not to be your delivery driver in future. You don’t need to be made to feel uncomfortable in your own home.

Any value in feeding it back to them? If they're not told, then he'll keep getting away with it with you and others. He may well have his opinions about the likes of us, but he can and should still maintain a professional composure in a public facing role while representing his employers.
