They can’t comprehend the scale of war crimes. I knew a woman, now dead who was 9 when Soviets raped her. Same with her mother, sisters, and cousins. It happened to everyone. Nazis tended to murder Soviets but they did rape too. American and British soldiers didn’t commit crimes on this scale.
