It's a beautiful thing. Already, I hear that desi WhatsApp groups are in panic over being infiltrated and have gone totally silent about local politics. Fun fact - the last election was the first time that Indian men voted Republican more than Democrat. You reap what you sow.

I mean as far as American politics is concerned, Republicans/Democrats doesn't make much of a difference (until this ongoing term of their Presidency). As long as these "Hindu" groups exists I see cause for alarm

Well, the voters didn't vote Republican per se. They voted Trump. Hence the mention, but yes dem/rep are the same. The Hindu groups will exist whether we like them or not. Even if India were to see an overnight revolution of social justice, It will be a few generations before their power is diluted
