Unfortunately I’m in Louisiana. All my folks are bought and paid for long ago. They’re all just laughing stocks at this point.

Guys, you have to stop thinking like that. This is not a partisan matter anymore, this is about rights and freedoms for everybody. The pressure must be put especially on republican senators. Many of them can still have a change of heart. Most people are born with conscience, let's appeal to that.

Just because I can see the writing on the wall, doesn’t mean I’m not trying. But I’m not full of myself either. The guy who just pushed it through the house is one of my representatives you think I’m changing his mind at all? Kennedy is my senator. I call I write, but I’m not delusional.
