It wasn't a media release it was an answer to a question he was asked on BBC Radio London at the end of a promotion for AEW. I assume the video was just captured when he video phoned into the show.

A videoed response to a media outlet, a media release, seems like we are more or less saying the same thing. The humor was that it is a fairly ridiculous looking appearance by a “Sporting Director” of a Premier League club. Agree to disagree I suppose.

All taken out of context. It was an AEW promotion. He was asked questions at the end about Fulham and answered them. What are you supposed to say when you are asked a direct question, "How much of an asset is Marco?" Is he supposed to put on a new suit when making a phone call for a radio interview?

It wasn't a statement it was a promotional AEW piece he did with BBC London, following which he was asked direct questions about Fulham. Too many people are making something out of nothing.

You appear to forget that it was the Khan's that recruited Marco in the first place and got him to sign a new contract. Manager contracts are probably more Shahid than Tony anyway. And blame for what? If the release clause is paid and Marco wants to leave, there's little the club can do.
