I can't argue with you because I have no idea, I do know that we wait a long time to get projects reviewed. I'm not suggesting they're underworked or overworked, just that they do 40 hours and clock off. There's no deadlines.
No problem Ian I understand it can feel like that and in some cases it feels like that as well. There are deadlines not always met. I can cite many private companies where I've had similar experiences.
I do agree that some jobs have greater impact when their is a need to strike. In LA finance staff and refuse collectors often lead the days when on strike.
