The frustrating thing is it used to be fine, and it still has periods of fine. BUT, currently being in a period of NOT fine is extremely frustrating.
Call them! The tech told me there is a line problem in the neighborhood, and they’re just taking their sweet time about fixing it.
And if you call to report it, when they finally do fix it, you can ask billing for a service credit all the way back to the day you first called it in.
