I'd rather educate the poor kids for our potential. The ones born with spoons in their mouths grow up expecting everyone else to feed them as well.

I've met plenty of people who come from nothing but have turned themselves into useful and productive citizens. As for these dregs, they made a conscious choice to be what they are.
