T, we are bombarded daily, women for much longer than men, on what the ideal shape/style/haircut/behaviour should be. The 'you'll be 'happy when you lose that 10lb' ' magazine article that's in every magazine. It's no wonder so many of us feel inadequate .

They've literally spent 75 years telling women they are inadequate... 30 years for men. Because if we don't feel inadequate, we won't buy that pot of wonder creme...

I never really thought about it that way Sue. Until very recently. I have no fucks to give about the way I am having always believed "beauty on the inside" school of thought. Changed my mind tho'. It torments some. A full time vanity / inadequate programme everywhere.
