I’m fine thank you Jean, I had cataract surgery in 2018 on my right eye and had my eyes checked recently and it needed a clean out .... bloke fired a laser at my eye!! No patch today just 😎.. but in 2 weeks cataract surgery on my other eye… then I can be a pirate 🏴☠️🦜 start practicing the voice 😁…☀️👋
Oh geeze. I have mild cataracts. And when that day comes they better get me so tranquillized they I’m drooling. If I wasn’t awake it would be fine but they don’t do that. Maybe a dozen cookies 🧐 Good luck with that Mark! I’ll be thinking about you!
It’s honestly a fine procedure, technology these days, just the thought of it..… I’ve been getting bad headaches so had my eyes checked, and one is compensating for the other. So getting myself sorted. Enjoy the rest of your day ☀️👋
Oh wow! I’m glad you got attention for this! Whenever there’s something bloody on TV either from a homesteader gutting an animal or a surgery I lose all feelings in my legs. I can’t look at it. So anything surgical on me will make me absolutely panic.
In my case, I was drugged enough to be out of it, could see some blurry movement.. not too bad!

Oh that’s good to know! But I bet it feels like hours in the chair.
You work yourself up, it’s natural, we all do that, they are lasering my eye!! And you sign the form as there are risks. But I was laid flat for my cataract op… and felt like ages but 15-20 mins .. Perspex eye shield… taped and you can go 😉.. so you knock everything on the way out on purpose 😊☀️👋
Yeah and I’ve always been anxious and worried about everything. Even as a child I worried. I try to reel myself back into the normal but it has always been difficult.
oh me too Jean, I got myself in a right panic today, and will again in 2 weeks for cataract on my left eye, but honestly technology today, phenomenal.... the people I saw today totally professional.. honestly couldn't fault them, see you for the sunrise ☀️👋
