if i were to coin "Blueskyism" as a pejorative, it would refer to people who are really snotty with undeserved arrogance, and while Nate isn't QUITE the type of poster I would apply it to, he's definitely adjacent-to-overlapping

alternatively "Blueskyism" could mean the famous "100 school principals in your replies calling you to their office" but Nate, like all the other reactionary centrists, is doing the same thing except instead of being transphobic the sin is NOT being transphobic
