I just read this: "Deputy (Dan) Bullock and I moved along the outside of the chairs to intercept (Bennett) to ensure she left without further issues," Rohl wrote. "As (Bennett) reached the foyer, I observed her turn toward Deputy Bullock, who then escorted her to the ground."

It seems very clear to me that she raised her hands in front of her to defend herself from being attacked by these goons and Bullock did it to her anyway. "Escorted to the ground"....indeed.
