The next incoming president will have that tacky stuff removed before they take their first seat at the Resolute desk. It makes the Oval Office look like one of his gawdy hotels.

There will be no next incoming president. He will not allow another election. When he finally dies his loyal cult will have him embalmed and put on display as ruler for eternity much like the Russians did with Lenin only we are more stupid and will continue to let him rule our country.

It damn well better come off easily. I worry about the ones on the fireplace, which is marble--marble from the early 1800s. Marble is an unforgiving surface (ask anyone who has marble counters). I'm worried an adhesive might ruin the finish. May be time for marble replacement. Send him the bill.

There will probably be marks from hooks and nails, etc when they remove these things. The Oval Office will have to be wallpapered again. Trump is trying to leave a permanent mark on the White House so it will always be in his "style."

It's so disgusting. Luckily, as he fades from immediate importance, after he leaves in 2028 or dies, MAGA fever will break, Vance doesn't have to draw, the charisma, to carry it on, and who and what Trump was will be analyzed by historians. It will not be pretty. He will be remembered as a stain.
