Conditions are rarely apparent to new employees, it can take time before the mistreatment of an employer reveals itself. Additionally, jobs -- especially ones that purport to pay decently -- are scarce these days. Stand with strikers and stop making excuses for corporate abuse.

The dumbest possible take. These people have trained and worked at this job. Why shouldn't they be paid for the work they do? Because remember, the main issue is that they're doing work, but unless the plane is in the air, they're not getting paid. That's just wage theft.

If everyone simply didn't work jobs that had bad conditions/pay, society would shut down immediately. Maybe we should be making sure the jobs needed for things to run smoothly are viable for the people doing the vital work instead?
