I got one of these - I had a win 95 all the way up until I got my first pc with internet access and xp was on modern hardware. back then it felt like the furture to get those sounds from a game.

I still use dedicated Sound Blaster sound cards in my PCs. Motherboard audio still leaves some artifacts, and I like my high-quality sound and music :)
