He’s wrong. Florida won’t be able to create 4 new Republican seats . Ask @therickwilson.bsky.social We are pretty much maxed out in gerrymandering. It will be difficult to gerrymander anymore seats than they already have.

There's like 7 republicans in the 10-20% range, most of them near dems, who are also mostly packed in one area. I don't know how you get 4 more seats w/o making almost every republican seat in that range or even less. I know Florida drifted away, but it's not THAT red (yet at least).
Yeah I haven't followed gerrymandering math in any detail. But a lot of the data guys seemed to be credible based on previous results, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt for now. Also, I'm never giving the benefit of doubt to the American Public..only 51% are against the DC takeover.
They obviously don’t know Florida. This is my state & @therickwilson.bsky.social is a native Floridian & former Republican strategist. He knows Florida better than anyone.
There are also a lot of voters very unhappy about getting their healthcare cut in that Big Ugly Bill. Healthcare premiums are going up. I’m in Florida & have anti Trump messages on my van. I live in a very MAGA district & I’m getting a lot of positive responses & zero negative responses.
