Because they haven’t endorsed the DSA candidate running for mayor of New York. That’s a bullshit reason to criticize them.

He isn't the "DSA Candidate". He's the winner of the Democratic Primary. Maybe New York is different, but in the Midwest, being an "Establishment Democrat" means supporting the person who won the primary until there is another primary.

NYC is different. For one thing, it contains 1.3 million Jews and something like 1.7 million Black people. Neither demographic is exactly thrilled with Mamdani.

He’s a socialist who ran in the Democratic primary for mayor. There’s 3 Independents running on Democratic policies & one of them is a registered Democratic Party member.

He won our primary. One problem the Democratic Party has is lack of discipline. Running against a primary winner should get you shunned by the party forever.

Running a campaign against our party’s leader should get you expelled from the party.

Cori Bush is an idiot too, but you didn't see Democrats in St. Louis putting up a 3rd party candidate against her. Run someone against him in the next primary then. That's how we got rid of Cori.

It’s a mayoral race. There’s an independent moderate running. There’s no chance the Republican will win. He’s polling the lowest out of all the candidates.

Seriously? Primaries are to let the PEOPLE IN THE PARTY MAKE THEIR CHOICE. You sound like someone in a communist country comrade. 🤡
