Trump and Maduro are both Putin-allied dictators, so I suspect this will be a series of scripted WWE-style skirmishes that won't threaten either man's hegemony. But do distract USAmericans and Venezuelans from how both are a$$ at their jobs. But who knows. The dogs of war don't come when called.
