I’m not sure the cult will follow Vance. They will be like a bee colony without a queen. At least I can exercise my happy dance for good reason, anyway.

I agee. It would torpedo them into the Kingdom that Musk made. Any move that they (#GOPCongress) would make would certainly not be pushing the government back into order or policy initiatives not destructive.
