I hate to keep beating this drum, but if you want gun owners to climb aboard your gun control train, you have to first eject those trolls who always make a point of wanting to start with firearm confiscation. Most of us favor reasonable gun control; we just want a voice in what is reasonable.
Dems HAVE proposed reasonable gun control supported by a MAJORITY of Americans, including NRA members. But republicans are more afraid of losing their re-election than protecting children from slaughter. FACT.
