I have to admit I feel that too ( animals rock, many humans suck) be happier to see him in jail for life but the way things are in this present society with all the ignorance Im glad that at least it's being recognized that this is sick & barbaric and not going unpunished with just a little fine..

It makes me ill reading things like this. I do not understand how someone can get enjoyment from inflicting pain on a defenseless, terrified creature. They are sociopaths and should be treated as such.

I also feel that the penalties for animal abuse overall are never harsh enough.. the perp should be punished as if the victim were human
