Your rambling would be applicable if the allies funded the nazi party in an attempt to destabilize Europe for short term benefits. Israel funded Hamas and now they are funding an ISIS affiliated militia.

Qatar partially funded Hamas, Israel merely negotiated where that pot of money would be spent. They didn’t have that same ability with the billions Iran dumped into Hamas. On the second part, link to your source.
