🧪Excellent start for the day. I woke up pre-dawn with what seemed like an excellent idea for an experiment, sent myself a quick email so I wouldn't forget. Amazingly, after having coffee and reviewing my notebooks, it is still a good idea, and most importantly, we have not yet done the experiment.
Are you sure you didn’t forget that you did the experiment? I’m excited though.
We don’t have the correct tools (yeast strains with the correct combo of alleles). I may have thought of this before and asked someone to do it but they didn’t get far enough to have done it. But I think this might be a true 1st ahah moment, which gets rarer as I advance.
Keep working on it! If it’s science I’m sure RFKJR will not understand it which makes it more important than ever!!!
