There are enough indications to me that (from this video alone; I'm unable to access any of the others you posted) we can suspect bipolar disorder in this individual. Further, from the speech pattern/behavior I would suspect they were likely drunk (something untreated bipolar people may do to cope).

there is little to make sense of politically, but for someone who is Queer, the knowledge — and apparent adherence to — the beliefs of neo-Nazi mass shooters is startling. some information in the text is hyper-niche; others are clear alt-right dogwhistles. it's disturbing, ironic or not.
