I just started playing MTG Arena on my phone. Never been a big MTG player. I know next to nothing. But I do know this card is OP AF.

Depends on the format and matchup, but there's plenty of removal option that would deal with it relatively easily. Now granted I say this as someone that plays historic, now idea how much it still applies in standard, but as long as lightning bolt is legal, this card is manageable.

(Just to be more precise: peacemaker comes into play, the opponent target it with lightning bolt, peacemaker becomes a 3/3 because it's been targeted, LB deals 3 damage and peacemaker dies)

I know power creep is a thing, but good gravy, 3 mana for something that will punish you for playing the damn game? What the hell? Guess ACAB applies to MTG

It has no built-in protection or evasion, and can be hit with a wider array of removal since it's an artifact and a creature. The power creep in this set is still absolutely off the chain, though: scryfall.com/card/eoe/183...
