No driving needed here. We can walk 5 mins and be there. Just across the parking lot and through a gated fence and I can touch it. This building is crap but we moved in before the city fixed up the back so are lucky to have a great area to just watch the ducks and loons on the lake. Peaceful.

No one swims out there, they made it into an animal sanctuary for mostly birds. Lots of areas where ducks and make their nests and there is a turtle area too. Chipmunk area not far. I've seen all kinds of things. Humans have to keep to the path.
