Urging will do nothing. How about meeting the national guard troops at your borders with your own troops. Don’t allow entry via roads or airspace.

The president can assume command of those troops using the excuse of the “crime emergency.” The troops will be forced to decide between a thinly veiled excuse or reason. And quite frankly, reason hasn’t been winning recently
