It’s pretty clear, in order for the attack on Ukraine to end permanently, two individuals need to be removed from the equation, permanently. One, a murderous, dictator with no boundaries or conscience. The other, a wannabe dictator with no brains. Trump is good with threats, Putin needs ultimatums.
