There’s a good story about how they got signed. The singer of sepulturas step son got their demo to roadrunner and then madonnas label poached them for huge money. Soon after and unrelated the step son was murdered! 90s!

Yeah. Early 90s his wife’s son was around the NorCal scene. That’s how chino ended up on all those Soulfy songs. They had a lil side thing, but since chino is in like.. 8-9 bands? It’d didn’t go anywhere. I’m sure ur familiar with a few of em

I definitely do. Some of my favorite Chino tracks are the ones he does with different artists. Passenger with Maynard from TOOL and Bender with Sevendust.
