Looking for an entirely new staff is not what they wanted. They wanted to bully the people there into doing their bidding. Instead the CDC staff resisted, refused, and left. It was a win for the resistance and public health and a loss for RFK, Jr and the Trump regime.
It is a clear use of the Trump administrations Project 2025 goals, right from the plan book Fact; Russell Vought, author of P2025 and Director, Office of Management ( # 3 position in the administration below the president and VP) specifically targeted the CDC last year. "we want them traumatized".
