First, I think Musk wrote this, as it was on Twitter and he’s a big Napoleon fan. Also, I think he means both: that he can’t break laws (immune) and that anyone who is “saving the country” will get a pardon. This wouldn’t be just fealty, but up to and including violence if it supports Trump.
