Have you played Frostpunk? Your list of games has a number of similarities with my wife's favorite games and that's one not in your list that she's played 1000 hours of, so you might also like it!

My wife really liked Frostpunk and the original game the studio made (This War of Mine) and both are essentially existential games about what you would do to survive and what choices you'd make. One in a war zone, and one in a horrible climate. Fair warning though, they can be depressing worlds!
