I have to disagree. As much as I don’t want to. Beef in continental Europe is very lean, therefore ‘hard to chew’, compared to more fatty meat, which ‘melts in the mouth’. I’ve lived in Europe and never get beef while I’m there. The rest of the food in Eur far superior - fruits and veg especially.
