The linked report says that the woman is suing a company called Keely Farms. You can Google their label. And the label says "for legal reasons we are required to tell you that this isn't for humans", not "this milk is dangerous".

Oh yeah, that's definitely "the stupid Government makes us write this but it's totally fine" winking, and really blatant about it too. Let's hope the dairy discovers the important legal principle of "the judge does not have to pretend they don't see what you're doing" soon.
