3/ Barrett was “groomed” by Leonard Leo & Federalist Society and handpicked by Christian nationalist networks. She spent more time writing about theoretical law than practicing it. She had no courtroom battle scars, only doctrine, privilege, and a promise to serve conservative power.
Leo also handpicked Sam Alito. Leo thinks the US is made for him. He doesn't understand the founding of the nation and the diversity that has always been here.
4/ Justice Jackson didn’t just serve at every level of the judiciary, she brought humanity with her. She’s the only current justice who’s been a public defender. She reformed sentencing policy. She brings lived law to the bench. That terrifies them.
5/ The right mocks Jackson as a “diversity hire.” But it’s Barrett who checked every ideological & handmaid’s box and none of the professional ones. Jackson’s record speaks with depth. Barrett’s record had to be rushed before we had time to see how hollow it really was.
6/ You want to talk about DEI hires? We’ve got a Secretary of Defense who’s a Fox host leaking war plans on Signal. An FAA chief who was on cable news 10 minutes ago with planes falling out of the sky.An admin who fired the NWS & NOAA teams before hurricane season & Texas floods. And we’re the joke?
7/ Their DEI stands for “Deliberately Embarrassing & Incompetent.” EPA chief denies climate change & won’t protect our environment. HHS let measles come back. Planes are falling from the sky & into the sea. Sitting SCOTUS justices are taking bribes from billionaires. But sure,Jackson is the problem?
8/ This isn’t about experience. It’s about fear. Jackson has the résumé, the presence, the moral clarity, and she’s unafraid to name what’s happening. The right-wing machine attacks her because she reveals their fraud: judges chosen for allegiance, not justice.
9/ Barrett shields the system. Jackson exposes it. Barrett validates power. Jackson dissects it, line by line, ruling by ruling. Her dissents are indictments. Her questions strip the veneer. She is not silent. And she is not afraid of calling this Court what it is becoming.
10/ Amy Coney Barrett serves power. Ketanji Brown Jackson exposes it, its corruption, its cowardice, and its consequences. That’s why they smear her. That’s why they fear her. She is the lone voice of truth in a captured institution. And her voice will outlast them all.
