This program is for the folks that would be retiring in apartments. The middle class and lower middle. It isn't for the wealthy folks or investors . But like I said things are changing. The class system is probably going to be changing.

Read the article as I have absolutely no problem with social housing, in fact I think it's a necessity and should be provided by the government, devaluing the property market or mass will destroy the economy......... this can work in smaller economies like in Sweden wouldn't work anywhere else tho

Robots are not going to make any difference, same as AI This is no different to the industrial revolution, which initially put lots of people out of work but then put lots of people into work The jobs of the future haven't even been invented yet
