My cousin 20 year old cousin lives in the rich part of St. Paul and her mother has her so scared of "urban areas" that just seeing one black man enter a Dollar Tree with a ski mask (which I was told is a fashion trend among the younger generations) was enough for her to rarely leave her college apt.
