If there is something seriously wrong (other than the obvious ongoing stuff) then his puppet masters will issue any kind of statement and any appearance will be carefully choreographed. They won't let power slip from their grasp.

That's my point, Xi and Modi won't believe that for a second. I think in the background they need to get assurances from Vance that they can still fulfill their evil American agenda while Vance deals with #foreignpolicy before finally making 25th amendment public

The thing is, in Trumpthink, they are convinced that the US doesn't need the rest of the world, no matter how painful and/or destructive it is to the country. They are catastrophically wrong of course and the rest of the world will get along just fine without us in the long run.
