I still don't think this makes sense beyond the usual "She's a bigot" We already have HP in every single Universal park so there's not much to do in the way of rides or lands, say you put a Hogwarts in Universal UK why come to our park when there's a Hogwarts in the US Park?
Here's the thing; you could have Harry Potter which has been done in every single park and is written by a bigot using every penny she gets to destroy trans rights, or you could have Lord of the Rings which has no rides/lands in Universal parks and was written by a legend. Easy choice to me.

Yeah, especially after Universal just said they don't want it to take away from their business in Orlando. Which it would if they did that.
