Nothing done. If a front line employee was rude to one customer, they get fired, but the CEO pisses off millions of customers, tanks the stock, he gets a golden parachute, the board remains. I’m not going back.

Me either and this is a part of corp America I don't agree with. The most devious crooks get to top. We have all worked with this ilk.
