Same. Like I’m politically minded and active but you can’t live that life 24/7 and I don’t need that mess when I’m not in the right headspace for it.

Right! I know one of the arguments is that you need to be political aware of what's going on, and that has merit but living it 24/7 is so unhealthy and paralyzing! You need to take care of yourself and step away from the madness when it's too much
