Do you feel like this is a strong case? It feels very uphill to me. (I definitely think he’s guilty of lots of shady shit, it just seems like a difficult path)

I think that the government has done more than enough to have a verdict stand up on appeal. Beyond that, I have no idea what the jury will do. It all turns on whether the jurors perceive Cassandra Ventura, "Mia" and/or "Jane" as "victim" or "volunteer".
