Good morning! How are you holding up? What are you up to today? Please enjoy this verbena flower against a backdrop of signet marigolds. Autumn is approaching here. Much of the garden is looking a bit worn, but there are always pockets of glory.

Hello. I'm okay thanks. It was sunny this morning so I spent a couple of hours on the plot. Lovely flowers. Same here as it's been much cooler and showery the past few days. The plot now looks well past it's best. Enjoy your day.

Yes indeed! It’s easy to let flowers fall from the garden list in the course of life. It’s one reason I like looking back at garden pics from past years - it reminds me of old friends that I should put back into rotation.

These pictures are gorgeous! I’m doing a lot of basics in the garden (ground cover, soil amending, etc) that’s rewarding but doesn’t bring pretty flowers. Thanks for letting me borrow yours : )
