Well that’s the thing, the UCP is not serious. Smith has multiple comments on record where she doesn’t even believe the Feds faith in carbon capture’s ability to work as well as hoped is worth it. She said this summer she wants small nuclear reactors at the oil sands for their power and heating.

Clearly you don't understand Alberta politics. "What's possible' is a scientist's purview, those of us who have to live under the political leaders of Saskatchewan and Alberta deal with reality and fear of living with political leaders whose decisions are made by the whims of donors and cronies.
