Exactly, people get things wrong all the time. But the combination of the AI stock photo profile picture and blocking everyone that points out the error removes any assumption of good faith.

You can subscribe to @aimod.social, that helps a bit. E.g. they had already marked this account's AI avatar, which is honestly always a red flag.
