Using Tor doesn’t require a lot of technical know-how, you just need to download a browser and familiarize yourself with some basics. ssd.eff.org/module/how-...

Just try not to use the default bundle , it's kind of a huge red flag. People need to be aware that this requires good config to be safe.

not all websites accept Tor as a browser because of it's safety features so it isnt a direct replacement for Safari or Firefox more a pathway to the darknet

hmm last I tried it it seemed to work pretty well, but it has been a while now. Personally if a website doesn’t work with safety features on, it’s a bit of a red flag to me that the site is hostile towards my privacy so maybe it’s good riddance for some sites
