New and younger voices are *definitely* needed. But there is value to experience with policy and rules. So I wouldn’t want all to lose all of the good experienced voices at once. We just need more regular turnover so there is always a healthy mix of experience and new fresh voices.
The experienced veterans should always be ready to help the newcomers with advice and support, even when they're no more in office.
I’m sure they are. But not everything can be discussed without security clearances. Don’t get me wrong, I think we need a MUCH younger Congress. I’m just acknowledging experience has value. Sen E Warren is not young, but her voice & experience is still relevant. We just need more to step down.
