would you prefer judges being confirmed or a showboating hearing that would literally accomplish nothing? Americans don’t watch Senate hearings. but journalists have platforms.

We’re getting to the point in American history where those judges won’t matter anyway. So, maybe the senate should have focused on the hearings….
