As have I I was just testing the limits of your statement that if any aspect of a political agenda could directly or indirectly support the rise of fascism (Labour officially supporting FPTP, say) that you’d oppose them “with everything”.
…as that sounds rather like the purist “believe everything I do or you’re the enemy” attitude that has cursed the left for at least my entire life

That's a fair point. I like Paul Mason on this - his point is that liberals, soft conservatives and socialists had to work together to defeat fascism last time. So there has to be flexibility at the same time as there being a fixity of purpose.
